Too many clicks to complete tasks Simple activities require navigating multiple screens

Confusing or cluttered layouts Too many fields, unclear organization, or outdated page layouts

Check any technical accumulation issues:

Unused fields, objects, or apps Clutter from old projects or features nobody uses anymore

Old automation still running Workflow Rules or Process Builders that should be retired

No documentation of customizations Tribal knowledge - only certain people know how things work
