Evan is a multi-certified Salesforce architect who started his career in banking operations before moving into Salesforce in 2018. He's held architecture roles at CSC Leasing, Stitch Consulting, and First Financial Bank, focusing on Financial Services implementations.
Based in Columbus, OH, Evan lives with his wife, daughter, two dogs, and a cat. Outside of work, he's all about family time—and sneaking in video games when he can.
Derek Moore
Co-Founder & Managing Director
Derek is a multi-certified Salesforce product leader with an MBA who has spent his career at the intersection of CRM and operations. He's held leadership roles at Cash App, First Financial Bank, and CDK Global, focusing on Salesforce strategy and team management.
Based in Northern Kentucky, Derek lives with his wife and two dogs. When he's not working on client success, you'll find him on the golf course or planning the next vacation.
Leslie Pang
Technical Product Manager
Leslie is a Certified Scrum Product Owner who bridges the gap between business analysis and technical delivery. Before joining Lovalto, she shipped product at Cash App and built her foundation in financial services, where she earned her FINRA Securities Industry Essentials credential and her Entry Certificate in Business Analysis.
Based in Seattle, Leslie is the calm in the room when scope gets messy — turning ambiguous requirements into shippable backlogs and keeping engagements on rails.
