He founded LOVALTO to do the work he believes in: senior architects who scope, build, and stand behind the result. Based in Columbus, Ohio, with his wife, daughter, two dogs, and a cat. Off the clock, family time and video games.

Derek is a multi-certified Salesforce product leader with an MBA who has spent his career at the intersection of CRM and operations. He has held leadership roles at Cash App, First Financial Bank, and CDK Global, focused on Salesforce strategy and team management.
