LOVALTO
FAQ

Frequently asked questions.

What teams ask before working with us: engagement, pricing, timelines, and how the work actually runs.

Getting started

Working with us.

How do I get started with LOVALTO?

Book a 30-minute consultation or send a message. No pressure, no sales pitch, just an honest conversation about what you need. You can also email hello@lovalto.com.

What size companies do you work with?

From growing teams with 10 to 20 Salesforce users to large enterprises. Our experience spans small nonprofits to Fortune 500 financial services companies. The common thread is organizations that take their Salesforce investment seriously and want expert guidance rather than generic consulting.

Do you work with partners and other consulting firms?

Yes. We work as a subcontractor or delivery partner: overflow capacity, specialized expertise (especially financial services), and implementation recovery support. We slot into your delivery model and never compete for your client.

Where are you located? Do you work remotely?

LOVALTO is based in Ohio and works with clients across the United States and internationally. Every engagement runs remote, and we stay flexible across time zones.

Engagement

Services and pricing.

What services do you offer?

Four. Hourly Consulting for on-demand senior help. Quick Start for a focused implementation, live in 2-4 weeks. Health Check for a structured audit of your org. Implementation Recovery for projects that stalled or shipped wrong. Compare the services.

How much do your services cost?

It depends on scope. We bill hourly for open-ended work and fixed price for well-defined packages like Quick Start and Health Check. We are transparent about cost upfront, and you will not find surprise line items on an invoice.

Do you offer fixed-price projects?

Yes, for well-defined work such as Quick Start and Health Check. Larger or less-defined projects start with a short discovery phase, and we scope fixed pricing from there.

Expertise

Technical depth.

What Salesforce products do you specialize in?

Core clouds: Sales, Service, and Experience. Industry: Financial Services Cloud, our specialty. AI and automation: Agentforce, Einstein, and Flow. Data: Data Cloud and CRM Analytics. Development: Apex, Lightning Web Components, and integrations.

What certifications does your team have?

Our team is Salesforce certified across administration, architecture, development, and consulting, including architect-level certifications.

Can you help with Agentforce and AI?

Yes, it is a focus area. We start with a readiness assessment, then design and deploy Agentforce on your org, wire up Einstein automation, and connect external AI models to Salesforce where they add value. Everything stays grounded on your CRM data. Check your Agentforce readiness or read more on Agentforce.

Delivery

Process and communication.

How long does a typical project take?

Health Check runs 7-10 days. Quick Start goes live in 2-4 weeks. Implementation Recovery runs 4 to 12 weeks depending on severity. A full implementation is usually 2 to 6 months.

Will you need access to our Salesforce org?

Usually, yes. We work to the principle of least privilege and are comfortable with enterprise controls: single sign-on, IP restrictions, and scoped permission sets.

How do you communicate during a project?

Regular video calls, weekly or as the work needs. Slack, Teams, or email in between. Shared documentation and status updates, plus screen-sharing for reviews and knowledge transfer. You always know where the work stands.
