Where are you located? Do you work remotely?

Lovalto is based in Ohio, but we work with clients across the United States and internationally. All of our work is done remotely via video calls, screen sharing, and collaborative tools.

We're flexible with time zones and can accommodate your team's schedule.

How much do your services cost?

Pricing varies based on scope and complexity. We offer both hourly rates for consulting work and fixed-price packages for defined deliverables like Quick Starts and Health Checks.

We're always transparent about costs upfront. During our initial consultation, we'll provide clear pricing options based on your specific needs - no surprises.

Do you offer fixed-price projects?

Yes, we offer fixed-price engagements for well-defined projects, particularly our Quick Start and Health Check services. This gives you budget certainty and clear deliverables.

For larger or more complex projects, we typically recommend starting with a discovery phase to properly scope the work before committing to a fixed price.

Will you need access to our Salesforce org?

For most projects, yes - we'll need appropriate access to evaluate, configure, or develop within your org. We always follow the principle of least privilege and request only the access necessary for the work.

We're experienced working within enterprise security requirements and can accommodate SSO, IP restrictions, and other security controls.

How do you communicate during projects?
